Most of our concerts are presented at St. Mark's Episcopal Church – an intimate, historic setting located at 910 E. 3rd Ave. in Durango, Colorado. ON THIS PAGE: St. Mark's 2011–2012 Recital SeriesNow in its seventh season, the St. Mark's Recital Series is one of Durango's not-to-be-missed musical series. "One of Durango's top-ten musical events" wrote Judith Reynolds in the Durango Telegraph. All recitals are held in the historic sanctuary of St. Mark's Church. Because seating is limited and many recitals have sold out, advanced ticket purchase is recommended. Join world-music duo Chad MacCluskey, Jonathan Latta & Friends for an evening of St. Patrick's Day musical merrymaking Friday, March 16, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Expect everything from joyous jigs to beautiful ballads. Some of your favorite local musicians will join the duo.

Our fifth year! Mark your calendar for March 18 through 24, 2012. The festial opens Sunday, March 18 with a recital performed by students. Monday through Friday, March 19 through 23, will feature Bach's Lunch, a half-hour recital at noon followed by a delicious lunch in the Parish Hall. An exciting concert Wednesday night, March 20 will feature extended works. The festival concludes on Saturday with a concert at St. Columba Catholic Church featuring the Durango Choral Society performing Bach's Cantata 140 (all other events take place at St. Mark's Church., 910 E. 3rd Ave). The fourth year of the Durango Chamber Music Festival will be held on three Fridays in May. Mark your calendar now for May 11, 18, and 25, 2012. The season is being developed to take advantage of the great acoustics and beautiful, intimate space that is St. Mark's Church sanctuary. Detailed information will be posted as it's available at
